ABOUT YARA

Yara Changyit-Levin is a freshman in college, advocates for global health and climate justice, and is active in a myriad of fandoms. Since they were in elementary school, they have lobbied members of Congress and reached out to their community to help build political will towards solving the world’s biggest problems. They are the author of a forthcoming non-fiction book about political advocacy for people under 18 years old, as well as numerous creative writing projects (LGBTQ+ Jewish pirates, missing persons case that turns into a quest across the Judaism-inspired fantasy world, ghosts with dubious intentions, found family trope, etc).
